Therapy Garden Group
Boulder, Colorado
Create a community with folks who value connection with you, the earth, and themselves.
Meet Catherine
Hey, I’m Catherine!
I’m a therapist who works with people navigating relationship struggles, anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, sexual challenges, and the ups and downs of being human. My approach is about helping people feel more at home in themselves, whether that’s through deep conversations, nervous system regulation, or simply slowing down and reconnecting with the present moment.
Gardening is one of my favorite ways to do that—it reminds us to be patient with ourselves, embrace the process, and get a little messy along the way. In our garden groups, we’ll dig into both the soil and whatever’s on our minds, using nature as a space for grounding, insight, and community. No experience necessary - just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
